Answers:
1. There are a few characteristics that would prevent the Secret Screen roll-up screen door from working properly:   1) if your door frame does not have a jamb (click here for drawing);   2) if your doorway is significantly wider at the top or bottom, or otherwise not rectangular;   3) if there is not enough room, at least 1 inch, underneath the top door frame in front of the jamb to install the mounting clips (see Step 1 on Install page for more info).
2. There are no unsightly tracks on our invisible screen door.   Ours is a simpler, less expensive design that is easy to install.   When it is fully retracted, nobody will even notice you have a pull-down screen door.
3. To prevent bugs from entering, the screen fits closely to each side of the door frame and in front of the door jamb (click here for drawing).   The tension of the spring roller against the hold-down hooks keeps the roll-up screen door taut across the door opening.   The tension is easily increased or decreased using a flat-head screwdriver on the side of the main housing.
4. In the interest of keeping our prices low, the website is our brochure.   At this time our retractable screen doors are only available directly through the internet due to the custom fitted nature of the product.   Buying a Secret Screen roll-up door screen is a no risk undertaking.   If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
5. If your pull-down retractable screen door does not fit for any reason please return it immediately.   We can either give you a full refund or send you a new hidden screen door with the correct dimensions, your choice.
6. Your personal information is encrypted before transmittal.   We do not take any payment information on this website.   When you purchase one of our retractable screen doors, you will be forwarded to a secure order form on the Paypal website to handle your payment information. Paypal is the payment company owned by Ebay and used by millions of people.   Paypal uses military strength encryption for the transmittal of your information.   It is free and safe to use your Credit Card or Bank Card on Paypal.
7. Yes, you can install our invisible screen door on the inside of a door if the door swings outward, so it would not interfere with the door opening.   If that is the case, then you can install the pull-down screen door if there is enough room, at least 1 inch, underneath the top door frame in front of the jamb to install the mounting clips.   Please look at the Install page to get a better idea of how the screen is installed.
8. Properly installed, pets should not be able to get through the roll-up screen door. The screen fits closely to each side of the door frame and in front of the door jamb, so it will not look like an opening to pets. This is no guarantee that more rambunctious pets will not be able to push their way through.
9. I am sorry, we do not offer pull-down hidden door screens wider than 37 3/4 inches at this time. We are currently testing product viablity for this, and may offer them at some point in the future.
10. We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail, which delivers in 2-4 business days from date of shipping.   Your shipping charges per item will go down if you order more than one hidden door screen at a time.   To see your shipping costs, enter your order information and shipping address and the last page of the order process, "Confirm Order", will show your shipping and handling charges.
